Attorney, Jennifer D. Zajac is an associate at LaHatte Law Firm. Born in raise in the New Orleans, Jennifer discovered her love of the law from her Great-Uncle, Judge Paul Garofalo. Judge Paul Garofalo served as judge in Orleans Parish for 30 years and he often shared his love of the practice of law with Jennifer while they fished together at his home in New Orleans East.

Jennifer attended Loyola University of New Orleans where she graduated with Honors, Magna Cum Laude with a major in History and a minor in political science. Jennifer then continued her studies at Loyola New Orleans School of Law on full scholarship and graduated in the top 20% of her law school class. Jennifer went on to practice insurance defense, insurance coverage, product liability, premises liability, toxic tort litigation, and asbestos litigation. Jennifer has successfully litigated for over 15 years in both state and federal courts throughout Louisiana.

Jennifer is married to her husband, Daniel and they have two daughters, Evelyn and Aubrey.
